Love him or hate him, on and off the court, LeBron James is the most popular active sports personality. His Twitter feed currently has 49.4 million followers. No one comes close to James, current or former athletes included.

If you are following @KingJames and you are expecting a “follow back,” don’t hold your breath. James is highly selective about who he follows. Most are teammates, other atheltes and business partners. Among James’ 191 follows are Patrick Mahomes, Gavin Newsom, Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, the Los Angeles Lakers, Nike and Stephen Curry.
